Which reviews Google removes, how to report one, and how to protect your rating the right way.
A bad review is not always a removable review
Google removes reviews that break its policies, not reviews that are only negative. If a real customer had a bad experience and wrote it honestly, the review normally stays. In that case the best answer is a calm public reply.
Reviews that may be reported
- Spam or fake reviews, for example from someone who was never a customer.
- Reviews about something unrelated to the business (off-topic).
- Reviews with abusive language, threats, or private information.
- Reviews written by a competitor, or by someone with a conflict of interest.
How to report a review
Find the review on Google Maps or Google Search while signed in as the manager of your profile, open the menu next to it, and choose to report the review. Google will check it. This can take several days, and there is no promise that it will be removed. Keep a screenshot for your records.
Protect your rating the right way
- Reply to the bad review politely. Readers judge you by the reply.
- Ask all happy customers to review you, for example with a QR code or a link on the counter. More real reviews push one bad review down.
- Do not ask only your happy customers, and do not stop unhappy customers from reviewing. Google's rules do not allow selecting who may leave a review.
- Never pay for reviews or buy fake ones. It can get your profile suspended.

差评不一定能删
Google 删除的是违反规定的评论，而不是单纯的差评。如果是真实客人写的真实不满，评论通常会保留。这时最好的办法是冷静地公开回复。
可以举报的评论
- 垃圾或虚假评论，例如从来没有消费过的人写的。
- 与你的店无关的内容（离题）。
- 含有辱骂、威胁或个人隐私信息的评论。
- 同行或有利益冲突的人写的评论。
怎么举报
用管理你商家资料的账号登录，在 Google 地图或搜索里找到这条评论，点旁边的菜单，选择举报。Google 会审核，可能要几天，也不保证一定删除。建议截图保存记录。
用正确的方法保护评分
- 礼貌地回复差评，看的人会通过你的回复判断你。
- 请所有满意的客人写评论，例如在柜台放二维码或链接。真实评论多了，一条差评的影响自然变小。
- 不要只邀请满意的客人，也不要阻止不满意的客人写评论。Google 的规定不允许挑选谁可以写评论。
- 不要花钱买评论或买假评论，可能导致你的商家资料被停用。
